Community Support Worker

A registered charity supporting African and Black communities in the East Midlands is looking for a Community Support Worker. You will help individuals navigate housing, welfare benefits, and community resources. This is a remote-first role with occasional travel to Northampton and Leicester. Responsibilities: - Casework support for individuals and families - Signposting to community services - Advocacy work - Report writing and case notes Requirements: - Experience in social care, community work, or advocacy - Understanding of challenges facing African communities in the UK - Excellent communication skills in English (additional African language is a plus) - DBS check required
